how much hood film/clear bra?

So Im getting my 86 on Thursday, and i have to think about getting a clear bra.
What would be the ideal coverage for this car be? My Scion didnt have a clear bra and the whole front end is pretty much rock chip city, My BMW X1 has it but i dont know how deep the hood one is....(plus its a CUV so it rides higher).

Because of how low slung this car is, anyone think its neccessary to get the film on the front tip of the roof or the a-pillars? Im going to get at least hood and bumpers. I dont think it'll care too much about mirrors. nor rocker panels. Its going to be a daily so rock chips are inevitable one way or another.

Perhaps now if i do get rock chips i'll try to actually seal them up immediately instead of just thinking about it and letting it be lol.

I got the bumper and mirrors done when I first got my BRZ. Then I added the rockers (right in front of the rear wheels) afterwards as I was getting chips. Didn't do the hood, and don't have any chips on it, nor the A-pillars.

I got a pretty massive chip on my A-pillar, a couple across the roof where it meets the top of the windshield...front bumper is peppered. I always say that I wish I would have done PPE upon delivery. Instead, I've got good with the paint pen and just live with it--no turning back at this point *shrug*.

Interestingly enough, these cars are painted with a special anti-chip paint in the areas I've had problems with...

Definitely get the roof, front bumper and hood. I have a few nasty chips right where the windshield ends. I would highly recommend a good clear wrap on any brand new car you want to keep looking new. It also makes paint maintenance so much easier especially on crappy OEM paint.

I have front bumper, full hood, half fenders and mirror caps. Full hood was worth it, half hood looks like crap.
The bumper PPF is pretty peppered after 75000km. there are spots that have damaged the bumper through the PPF. still I can peel that off, touch it up and replace the PPF and it would probably look 95% perfect.

The roof near where the windshield ends as mentioned wouldn't be a bad addition. I have had 2-3 stone chip spots over the last 3 years.

If your car is white, I recommend whole car because otherwise if you just do the front, when the bra gets dirty it will show badly.

Dealer installed 2014 Scion kit covered the bumper, mirrors, and front 1/3 of the hood and fenders. Looking good after 7 years, but the film is getting noticeable dull compared to the adjacent exposed clearcoat.
