OK searched the thread and a few forums. I have 17x8 +45's with TRD lowering springs with -2 camber rear and straight front. My 225/45's fit great but will a 245/45 fit without rubbing full lock? I see mixed results but most have stock height... Thanks for the help! Cheers!

245/40 will fit. Why would you want a 245/45? That is way to big. At 1.1 inches taller and 4.5% larger diameter, this is greater than the suggested +/- 3% range difference compared to stock.

A 225/45 is only 1.6% different that stock and works great.

A 245/40 is only 0.4% different - basically it is the same as stock and will not change your speedometer.

Edit: Additionally, the tread width (for MPSS anyway) for a 245/40 is 8.5" compared to 8.0 for a 245/45.

Oregon is great! I'm in Eugene.

Yeah a 245/40 is what I'm thinking! I was just worried that I don't have that .4 of and inch of space with the +45 offset to fit that wide of a tire. Might have to buy different rims

Your wheels are good specs. 245/40 will fit no problems.

I’m trying to find help on getting as much lip as I can on Works Meister L1 3p but with little to no camber. And I am not going widebody! I want more lip in the rear than front. I was think of running 18x10 in the back and 18x9 in the front but not sure exactly on the offset i can get. If someone could help it point me to the correct thread if this isn’t it. Thank you!!

If you had to answer how exaggerated would the camber be?
The link you posted is exactly how I want the wheels! Could I use those same wheel specs?

He is running the following spec. I think that this is reasonable for wheels of this size. It doesn't look exaggerated to me. Though the 18x10's look huge!

Camber Info:

Front camber: -1.6
Rear camber: -2.5

I have 18x8 +35 & 18x9 +37 with 225/40 & 245/35. My camber is -1.5 f & -2.0 rear. My tire wear is even. Some camber is good; but you'll want your toe to close to zero.

The wheel directory has most Forum Members wheels specs. It is a great resource. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7535

Also, the Meaty tire thread is great!
