So update on UPS: still brainlets.

They finally replied to the email I sent last Friday saying "here's what you need" to which I immediately responded saying "this was paid, please remove your nonsense charges". A driver then attempted to deliver and wouldn't accept that I had already paid saying "the system shows you owe!! I can't deliver". Ok but you can dude. Not 3 minutes after he left, another email from UPS "the driver will accept your payment receipt and deliver the package". Facepalm. Now I have an auto notification saying "we've attempted delivery 3 times, if you do not accept on the next attempt item will return to sender".

UPS shut down public access to their depot in May for some reason, so I have to play email tag with people who are uninterested in helping or call on the phone to people who don't understand how this process works. I've heard "but sir, you need to pay the COD to get the package" every time I have called.

The wife and I were out shopping and grabbed a bite to eat. We both had cheeseburgers. I didn't think about it at the time but now that I read this how prophetic, eh?
