Installed the 4th brake light with strobe (3/3 short /long and constant), Grimmspeed plate holder, JDM clear side markers and the raceseng tow hook mount. Most of them are coming from my MY19 BRZ.

Received everything for the spare tire. Just need the tire on the wheel and a balance.

Installed the GR aero stabiling cover, GR oil filling Cap, GR door handle protector (didn’t expect such a great quality, GR86 door puddle lights, and got the OEM Toyota seat belt cover.

I feel like all this little mods increased the HP . I like all the details.

Installed KW Clubsport V3 and Eibach 5mm spacer (to hopefull clear my Brembo GT kit which I'm planning to install this week) with extended studs

Installed Brembo GT Kit from my previous BRZ and stripped caliper mounting bracket thread while torqueing it down
Anyway it fits stock 18' wheels with 5mm spacer quite well - it could probably by pulled off with just 3mm spacer.

oof, hopefully easy enough to obtain replacement part. One nice thing about always swapping pads and rotors for track etc. is that nothing is ever really seized.. but the fear of strippage looms large for sure

So it's kind of bad situation since I'm competing with this car this year and my second event is in about month(amateur time attack league) Here's long story short:
It's 5 week wait time for me to get replacement adapter and here's the good one - it costs 400 USD per side and you have to order both brackets/adapters.
I can swallow this price (I'm sure it's my fault atm - I've checked wrong torque spec in install manual and torqued them down to 160 instead of 120 nm) but this wait time is ridiculous to me.
Right now I'm having steel inserts installed instead of original aluminium thread and most likely I'll have them 3d scanned to cnc full steel replacements.

AH ok, I was going to say to look into installing helicoil, have a machine shop repair it if unsure how to prepare it for it. It's a perfect candidate part for that kind of repair. It's always a little scary to lean on that but likely will function good as new.

Yeah it's kind of worrying for me but I was told by machinists who does knuckle adapters for different sorts brake conversions to just have steel inserts done and never worry again about it. I guess we'll see how it went soon. I'll post some pics when the car will be operational and clean again

Sorry to hear you're dealing with this. Regardless of who's fault it is, $800 and a five week wait really sucks. That's just poor service. Especially when supporting a customer that is willing to "go big" when buying an aftermarket brake kit.
I considered going with Brembo for my ZD8, but ended up with AP instead. I hate to say it, but hearing stories like this make me glad I did. I had heard stories of inconsistent parts availability from Brembo, which was one of the factors I considered. Now I just have to pay for pricey rotors instead of pricey caliper brackets.
Oh well, at least I know they'll be in stock when I need them.

Sorry about that!

I can totally relate: when installing my Brembo kit I had to re-read the manual like three times because it was hard to understand what they were referring to in every other step. I ended up making my own doc with all the torque specs that I come back to during regular maintenance now. They should really hire a better technical writer...

This is 100% true - I'm based in Europe where those parts are supposed to be stocked and made and those wait times are just joke to me. The only reason I got Brembo GT kit instead of something AP based was pads and discs availability and interchangeability which is great. Even those little linchpins (I'm not exactly sure if that's correct name in english) are ridiculously priced (the're like 5$ each where pin is about 1,5 $) and are mandatory part if you'd like to order set of fresh pins from Brembo.

That's exactly my experience too. I've had no issues installing the kit but finding anything about kit contents or specific torque spec is manual is a joke. If I'm correct there is for example no information about what torque is needed when installing caliper brackets to the knuckle (they mention someting like "refer to maufacturer specific values"). Their technical drawings (knuckle exactly) are interesting too - they give you kind of MS Paint vibes.
