Honestly maybe a little bit more feedback during turn in and *slightly* less lean in tighter corners (this might be placebo tbh)

It is.

I had massive braces (Frog Arms) on my '90 Miata track car. Huge spring rates, RComps, etc. I couldn't tell the difference on track between having them and not having them, so I pulled them back off and sold them. And that was on a floppy convertible designed in the 80s that was already 22 years old.

Hi guys. I plan to mount the TRD trunk spoiler, waiting for delivery from japanparts. But I have a big doubt: is the TRD trunk spoiler identical to the oem spoiler coming with the premium model? Same lines?

Did you go ahead and pull the spoiler and drill, or just use the 3M tape? I've read of some people eschewing the drilling/bolts and just using the tape.

I drilled mine in per the instructions. I know I'm never going to remove it or install a non-OEM wing so I didn't hesitate. I also think that the tape alone would fail at some point.

I drilled it. Honestly since I'll definitely test its top speed once at autobahn I'd rather not risk bombarding someone's windshield with spoiler that was held in place just by 4 thin stripes of tape. It's drilled into part that's easily replaceable if one ever want's to go back to stock so to me "just tape install" seems like a lazy excuse to justify half assed install

I drove through Los Angeles traffic in the rain...

I picked up my Halo Trueno yesterday and drove through arguably the worst environment for this car... stop and go traffic and straight, rainy freeways...

I smiled all the way!

The difference from my 2013 FRS is amazing... the interior, the brakes, the engine, the clutch, the ride and the overall feel are GREATLY improved. I put it away wet and dirty, so no pics yet. I must say that even though I would not have optioned the black GR exhaust, it looks good and is not as droning as my old TRD exhaust.

I am not into Initial D and I am uncertain if the decals will stay, but the overall black trim pieces and red interior accents are really nice. This car will be heavily tracked, so long term the paint is toast and the stickers will go - most likely it will be wrapped if it starts looking too ratty... Overall I am extremely happy and glad I did not "settle" for the tS, which I am sure is every bit as good, just not my first choice.

As others have said, for whatever reason these cars are coming in with the tires at 42 PSI, so if you pick one up you might want to check them before pushing the car a bit. Now to finish the break in and get to a track!

Big shout out to Bob Smith Toyota in La Crescenta! No forced options. No dealer markups. Great sales teams had me out the door in about an hour (maybe less, I was too excited to pay attention). There is another Halo Trueno coming in (next week?) that is a twin to mine and available. Would definitely recommend this dealership over the local San Diego dealerships and their outrageous markups/trash add ons.

I may post pics after I wash and wax it... but what can I say, it looks like the pics online - it's a panda!

Installed the mirror, radar detector and dashcam.

Received the two tow hook cover pieces to cut and install the Grimmspeed plate holder.

The best install I liked was the plastic covers . Cheap and clean
