What's more important, impressing strangers on the internet with a name on a wheel, or working for your money and supporting yourself and family? I know that my kids getting what they need beats out me buying $4000 wheels for an economy car that gets me to work. |

If I didn't have the money for the real deal I would just stay stock until I did. Obviously to each their own, but to me it's like wearing fake Gucci or Saint Laurent. You're not just paying for a name, you're also paying for craftsmanship and original design instead of a cheap copy. (And nobody is forcing you to wear designer clothes or run expensive wheels, it's a choice) Personally I don't care if people run reps or not, do whatever makes you happy, but it's way off base to insinuate people aren't working hard for their money because they can afford authentic wheels. |

My comment was more towards a guy that comes on and his only reply is a slam on rep wheels. He didn't have any input other than the guy needs to spend more money on his car.

I dont get the "reps" that people throw at ESR wheels. Do people even know that they make cast, flowformed and forged wheels? Im sure that cast wheels are going to be just that, cast wheels. But the company itself is not selling 25lbs rollers made in a chinese sweat factory at 25c per wheel costs...
