Odd alignment

I had spent plenty of time doing research and applying what I could during lockdown. The previous owners mods will always come back to haunt you in one way or another and this is no exception.
When I purchased the FRS from a used car dealership (summer of 19) it had 225/30/18 on the xxr527's and probably about -8 degrees of camber in the rear. The car was pretty low and had the godspeed lca's in the rear.
It looked cool but I couldn't really drive it much, had to avoid 80% of the roads in my town due to road quality.
Which lead to the purchase of the tein flex z coilovers and some new tires (235/40/18). I took it to the same place to get aligned now twice (free the second time). This is pretty much the outcome, I like where the rear passenger tire is at fitment wise, I would prefer not stiffening the teins past 12/16 on the soft to hardness scale. I just need to get in and out of my driveway without punching the tire through the fender.
What is needed to fix this?
If the godspeed lca kit that includes the tow arms would come with more information online I would probably not need to post on here. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your time to whoever reads this.

If you're referring to the tire poking out from the top, it could possibly be that the previous owner had installed an aftermarket upper control arm.

Yeah you should do a once over on your car and take inventory of everything that's not from the factory. Including wheel specs (offset and size).

what's XXR's wheel spec? offset might affect what you need.

I got a 20mm offset on the wheels. As far as getting under there and checking off what's aftermarket. It just looks like the god speed kit and the teins I put in.
Thank y'all, I been trying to get it correct myself for when I bring it back to get it proper.

So my brother has a WRX and we decided to throw springs and camber bolts on it one day and it seemed good. Then we added wheel spacers.... with the spacers on, we had the EXACT same looking symptom that you have. He ended up opening a case with Subaru of America because of it.

It turned out that the shop that did the first alignment somehow screwed up the camber bolts setup (this is what the tech said) and that's what caused the issue. We were afraid the subframe was jacked or something else was wrong. Nope. Alignment.

I know you just got an alignment but I'd take it to a performance shop for an alignment and let them look at it.

That's the plan, my problem is that I'm a 45min drive in each direction from a place that could get it right. With the odd alignment I wouldn't consider it a safe drive. If only I could get that rear driver side wheel correct enough to drive that far, as of right now it pulls to the right.

Can you take a picture of the threaded adjustment part of your left and right lower control arms?

First photo is the driver side, and the 2nd is the rear passenger.

Yeah that's about what I expected. They're not adjusted evenly, so longer arm on the side that sticks out more. I'm not sure how much thrust angle I'd expect to see on an alignment sheet with it looking like that, but that's why it looks like that.

I would consider different wheels with a better offset and returning to OEM trailing arms, OEM toe arms, and switching to SPC lower control arms.

The amount of adjustment you have on your car is not easy for most shops to properly use. It's overkill for your needs and makes it easy to screw things up.

Thanks Andrew! The wheel offset is only 20mm and the wheel width is only 8.75. The real question at this point would be if I had purchased adjustable upper control arms if I could get this managed better.
Options.
A. I get new wheels and tires 1100ish
B. Upper control arms 300ish
C. Hope that some shop can make it work with what I have.

Are these the only options?

Adding adjustable upper control arms is adding another layer of complexity. You don't need all that adjustability!

See if you can find some good condition OEM toe and trailing arms to start. That will make things a lot easier. The wheels just aren't ideal (offset too low) but it's not making things uneven.

Thanks man, I'm sure oem toe arms are easy to find I'll get looking, as far as lower control arms is it possible that these would work?

No problem. Those lower control arms should work okay. That particular brand isn't known for high quality but they should work fine. You'll still need a good shop to get everything right.
