The sticker part number is in the install instructions. I just went to the parts department at my Toyota dealer and ordered it.

Huh! That's right; I forgot about the part number. I think I'll try online... Thanks.

As long as you still have the stock front pipe, OP, and stock headers you are fine.

Sorry to bring up this old thread but do you pass on a stock E-85 tune with all stock parts (Exhaust, over pipe, front pipe, mid-pipe, and headers)?

Thanks!

you can't pass on an aftermarket tune at all most likely. "stock" e85 is an aftermarket tune obviously the car doesn't run e85 stock.

The dude earlier in the thread who runs a shop said if all the Readiness Monitors are Ready/complete and the CEL is off, it will pass the scan.

Most of the off the shelf tunes like OFT turn off the CEL. The question is whether the tune allows the readiness monitors to be "complete".

flash back to stock and run 91. Easy to pass. Now if you have Flex Fuel thats a different story

I have just done the test and passed, the older tech failed the visual test at first and passed after spoke with someone on the phone, the reason was the car branded Scion but all the internal parts are made by Subaru......

My OFT screen is busted... I need to get around to fixing the display but I can't think of why I'd fail with a OFT Stage I tune retaining all cats. Guess I'll find out when the time comes...

Visually assuming stock cats + no modifications to the emission parts, you will pass the visual test. It's the OBD readiness test that you might fail. Not sure if the OFT tune affects the readiness protocols in any way. If it does and it causes certain criteria to show not ready/incomplete, then you will fail.

Not sure how 86 tunes are stored, but if you are in California with a tune and try to pass SMOG be mindful of this:

https://www.bar.ca.gov/pdf/On_Board_...n_10.17.19.pdf

And mainly focus on this:

Calibration Verification Number (CVN): a number set by OEMs to verify the integrity of the vehicle software

Calibration Identification (Cal-ID): an ID for the software installed on the Electronic Control Unit (ECU)

pretty sure the CAL-ID does not change for ecutek or OFT as you are editing the stock ECU... But just flash back to a stock map.
