NRG short hub wiring

i just received a nrg short hub and quick release from my girlfriend for my christmas gift and while installing it, i ran into problems with my traction control and sport mode. i was wondering if anyone has ever found a way to wire everything back to normal with a nrg setup. i know that with the works bell hub i wont run into these problems but i just want to see if anyone can help me with the nrg hub. Thanks!

I can't really help you here but I'm curious what the steering wheel has to do with the traction control

i dont have my clock spring on because of how the nrg short hub is. i think i will just buy the works bell hub because everything is more simple. with the nrg hub, i had to remove the clock spring.

Yeah the removal of the clock spring is the source of all your issues.

Edit: I thought nrg fixed this issue and allows installation without removal of the clock spring?

Why did you take your clockspring off? That's the source of all your issues.

I have an NRG short hub, NRG quick release and a Nardi wheel. No issues at all. No airbag light, no TC light, horn works, etc.

Also, make sure the part # for the short hub is SRK-125H. The other ones for Scions (xB, tC, etc) are a different part number.

@c4lvinnn I received the nrg short hub which on ft86speedfactory says that it is compatible with the frs but it requires me to remove my clock spring. The regular nrg hub that is the short one allows you to keep the clock spring and also includes resistors.

What?

Are they selling you the old ones and not the revised ones? What's your part number?

SRK-120H, it doesnt have the conical shape in the back like the works bell one has where you could fit the clock spring. I just installed my works bell and all the light turned off but now after using it for a day, the abs, traction, and airbag light popped up again. I removed everything to see if any wiring came off but its still all connected
