Tein Coilover Installation Manual in English?

Anyone have a Tein Coilover (Flex preferrably) instruction manual in English that they can take pics of or scan?

I just had an install done with some friends but we didn't have the English version - only Japanese. Would like to check some adjustment settings and it would be really helpful.

I can provide an email address too if it helps to send.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I was wondering about the following for the Tein Type flex since I'm new to coilovers completely.

1. Is there a default preload that we should be using? I have a squeak/crunching sound from the back coils and I'm wondering if it's a loose spring. Any recommendations in the manual?
2. Can the ride height be adjusted without removing the bottom bolts holding the coilover. I.e by just turning the bottom ring? I thought you can easily adjust ride height somehow without unbolting the coilover.
3. Are the rear coilovers exactly the same for both sides or are they specific? How can you tell? They looked exactly the same during install.
