Smile Question: TPMS Tire-pressure monitoring system installed on aftermarket wheels

Hey everyone, I order a set of Rota Grids rims and 4 new tires.
Here is my setting:
18X8.5 225/40r18 front
18X9.5 245/40r18 Rear

I was wondering that whether I will be able to install the TPMS sensor from my OEM wheels on those Rota Grids wheels?

BTW, anyone knows whether Rota Grids rims comes with value? Can I install them on my OEM wheels?

Since I am gonna sell those OEM wheels, I think installing OEM senors on new wheels will be the best solution. But the only problem is whether they are going to fit or not.

Thank you!

YES they will work in your rotas zero issues at all. I run stock tpms sensors in my staggered RT5 rota set.

TPMS is usually only a problem on multi-piece wheels using an angled valve stem, or a valve stem that goes through the barrel into one of the holes in the center disk of the wheel.

Either an adapter is used, or the wheel is drilled to accommodate the TPMS sensor.

(or strap the spacer to the inside of the wheel with a large band / tie strap)

Thanks hah. Now I am sure that they are going to fit on my Rota Grids rims. Actually I have to wait foe 6-8 weeks because the 18X9.5 Flat Black is out of stock now.
