I'm getting a Silver FRS~~!! WHOOHOO
So I have been following this forum for quite some time...I heard about this car when it was still theoretical back on club4ag. Been on that site forever since I discovered initialD back when I was a pre-teen...lol crazy right.
Went to the Jim Russel Driving (Racing) School back when I was 15..still too young to even have a learners permit! Raced with a couple Porsche drivers that were in their 30's and 40's and still beat 'em sometimes haha! Was great fun. Anyways what I am getting at is that I am finally getting my dream car. All my driving life I have been in love with lightweight, NA cars. GT2-GT5 helped me feed my need for a dream car until now. First car was a 1995 Ford Escort, 5spd. 2nd car 2003-04 VW Jetta 1.8t (super fun car! I loved the turbo in it haha!) but it ended up having massive electrical problems. Then I got a 2006 Scion xA...still have it! but I ran that thing into the ground...Go to school in SW VA where the roads are perfect for reducing the lifespan of a car haha. It's like a miniature Mt. Akina and it's only 2 stop signs away! Ended up selling my Mr2...seems I need to change that in my settings..oops I am also a private Helicopter pilot working on my commercial and instrument. Just to support the whole I love engines and machines part of my story. Turns out these lil choppers have 360cubic inch FLAT 4's! haha Lycoming engines are pretty low on power but they are super mega reliable. That btw was the first flat 4 I have ever driven/flown...crazy. Either way, I am getting the last 6spd FRS this dealership has in the lot. Only 20 miles on the odo which I was hoping for less than 15 but hey I have 980 miles to break it in properly/changing all oils/fluids. Just thought I'd give a lil history! I will post pics as soon as I get it! Should be this week-end! |

I have trouble sleeping all the time, i have actually had to take half a gravol a couple times because i cant stop thinking about the car at 3am.
I spend my time waiting by buying some accessories for the car, I've also test drove it four times now. |

Yes! Gonna look good with the chargespeed bottom line lip kit and some black Enkei rpf7's!
I always really liked silver and black...its just a nice contrast. Not too sharp like white and black. Thanks for the "support" guys ohh and "haha" is not the new like...its just a way of showing people on the forum that the person writing their message is not going to be dry and snap at people. Different generations change things a bit too I guess. |
