They're functional for mounting extra lights. Heh...

That might be the case if they weren't usually solid black plastic with a grille pattern on them.

No peeps I was talking about the little grove vent directly under the lights and in contact with them on the mk1 concept which seem to have carried over to the mk2 if the little points on the edges of the lights that are pointing downwards create a top and side barrier

The new BC issue, available on February 10, has on the front cover a photo of the new concept and as you can see, the only visible difference, at the first glance, is the shape of the headlights.

^ This is why I said in the other thread about this, that it is likely just an artist rendering based on the teaser, and not an actual image of the real car.

Edit: The reflections on it look screwed up, which says mediocre 'chop to me...

What happened to those "eyebrows" above the headlights that were in the teaser pics (FT-86 II)? I don't see them in this rendering.

Edit: The rims are slightly different from the original concept and it seems the roof of the car is higher (making the interior roomier?).

The tiny bit of nihongo I can read, is under the 0-100km/h bit. One is the 200PS, which is 200 JDM HP (maybe around 195 North American BHP), and the kanji after the '12' means 'month', so twelve month = December.

Implication is 195 BHP, and a December release date, but don't quote me...

Edit: Part of the characters after the 0-100km/h section are in katakana and often for foreign words (English) and phonetically make "Deitamo". But that doesn't make any sense to me on its own, and sometimes katakana characters are just used for emphasis so that's the best I can do.

Going to have to weight for Ichi or Cyde.

i'll save you the waiting: 6 speed manual transmission. single dry plate clutch with a 3rd pedal for your left foot to play with. some sort of auto option, but do any of us really care about that one?
