This article just gets lost on me.
You please you partner knowing that they will do the same for you-and you can lie there thinking, well I'm unhappy, but as long as they're happy it's okay, or you can step up and be like 'o I'm totally selfish but this is what I need, you have to compromise'
It's not about being 'selfish' all time, it's knowing when you are unhappy about something and seeking a resolution.
That's the thing. There are people like that. A lot of people either marry someone too quickly, have little to no-choice, or just do it for the wrong reason(s).

I think you do get it. What it comes down to is you didn't think this was plausible and that's why you find that guy to be stupid?

The way I see it is he simply forgot his father's advise. Forgot why he got married in the first place. He just needed a revelation before it was too late for his marriage to come to an end.

I think part of the problem is all the safety features that are needed in cars now. With our laws, and all of Europes laws to abide by(i'm sure other continents have laws too, lol), plus cars are being made more aerodynamic, which sort of takes away from the design of the car. I think some old designs they wouldn't be able to bring back even if they wanted to.

I decided to buy shirts from Fatlace because they were on sale. They had a Tee Baggin' sale which included 3 random tees. Unfortunately, they gave me a Hellaflush shirt which didn't look too bad but I'm not into Hellaflush. However, they made up with some tee that had a cartoon tofu pic with the name Marauder's Tofu Shop underneath saying AE86. Last tee just had font Best of the Best. Pretty content from my findings.

Aside from that.. why the hell are there so many "correct" ways to do a squat.

I'm a bit confused on whether or not I'm maximizing my squats. >:/

Like what? You ask? Well there's that... Shoulder width apart and knees not bent past 90 degrees and then there's like.. you can be beyond shoulder width apart and squat as long as your knees don't go past the toes of your feet.

So which one is which? SVT. WHERE YOU AT MAH BRODDER.

Yeah, sadly. The exact car I want is a brand new, all new technology 240Z. But since everything has to change with the tide, something like that is only possible with a lot of money and a company that can build it for whoever is writing the check.

Squats are one of my favorite exercises. Yes there are many way to do them, so do whatever makes you feel sore the very next day.

I recommend an experienced coach to learn this lift and its variants.

This and the dead lift will use the heaviest weights. One can suffer serious injury doing squats incorrectly. These injuries can be permanent and can trouble you for a lifetime.

Your quads and glutes can handle a lot of weight. But, with a squat the lifter must support that weight with her upper body, which is hard on the spine, etc.

Perhaps somewhat safer would be dead lifts. At least here, the weight is below your waist. But again, correct form is imperative.

Consider a hip sled or leg press machine. Probably safer for your back.

In any event, you might wish to avoid focusing on power; instead, focus on endurance using high reps, and comparatively low weight.

Your body is young and, presumably, "intact." You want to keep it that way. It surprises the young to discover just how easy it is to permanently damage their healthy body. Really heavy weights impose a great deal of stress on one's muscles, ligaments, tendons, and even bones. A slight wobble or misstep with a heavy weight can tear something easily.

These heavy lifts are dangerous. They warrant the expense of some expert instruction.

Stay safe, Giccin.
