No, but if you put them on upside down the car will bounce down instead of up when you hit a bump so you get the same effect.

Cat vs 440 Magnum 16 inch cooling fan and belts = Fan 1, cat 0!
Two hour pressure wash session and car still smelled like BBQ for about a month.

Another one that has been asked in seriousness.
Guy wanted to know what all the aftermarket headlights looked like in daylight. Then complained that he couldn't tell how bright they were.
