I love the car wih the RB, I wouldnt have it anyother way not to mention the massive width I can run for tires
My only issue is I need a bigger and usable back seat.
Im on the border of RB, either that or STi lip kit. I will keep you in mind when that time comes. Have to talk to the wife about it first......she is my accountant.

The Casey dealership from what I experienced doesn't try and work with you at all.

I had a deal on a one pay, 3 year lease on my FRS. I used to work with the Toyota guys, but it's still menu priced. I went to Subaru and tried to see what they would do, and

1) they tried to pressure me into giving them personal info
2) they tried the "well, if we can do that will you buy the car today?" Bs line
3) they have a regional adjustment mark up of 1995 on every can
4) they couldn't match the $11,881 figure I had from Scion on a 10 series.

Then scion let me know there was a reduction in rent charge they forgot to account for and I paid $10,125 and it's mine for three years. Was 9,000 cheaper than paying my truck off to buy the car and I only wanted one payment.

Casey Subaru feels like RK Toyota. You need to open carry to ensure an exit strategy.

Avoid Casey like the plague. I bought mine there because it was the only BRZ-L not accounted for for almost 4 months from when i bought it- almost 3 months after I started looking. Even though I'm 10 minutes away, I drive all the way out to Perry if i need service. I order my parts online. Even their parts dept sucks.

Yes, I have had bad luck with casey. I was in there the otherday looking at the 15 sti, they gave me the I cant test drive it unless i agree to buy it bs..... I ws like welll, I have never driven the 15 so how would I know if I want to buy it. They tried to talk numbers with me before I agreed if I wanted the car.

RK toyota tried to embarass me when I tried to buy my frs, They yelled at me as I walked out the door that Pearson was lying to me and they couldnt beat Rks price. I went through pearson in Newort News to buy but have had issues with both RK and Pearsons service department. Rks parts department is great, and the girl that works at the counter owns an 86, her name is SAM.

as far as Subarus go, like another member stated, dont go to casey. They are a VW dealership as well and we avoid them for my wife's Jetta servicing. We tried to buy her 2014 TDI Jetta there and they tried to rip us off by slipping in extra things. we saved almost 4k by picking her car up in chatanooga TN.

Yes avoid rk Toyota and casey. Rk screwed me when I bought mine. There was none in the area that were in the dark gray so they said they had to ship one in from another state only if we sign for it.

Thinking that it was gonna be the dark gray we agreed...it ended up being ultramarine. Which in the end, all worked out because we loves the color but just the way RK handled it was shady.

As Maverick said, the parts dept it the only good part of the delaership.

Casey tried to sell me a BRZ Premium for $32,000 + TTL. Eff that noise.

On the other hand, I have nothing but good things to say about their service department. I've gotten to know their service writers because of my constant visits for the crickets/windows/rattles/etc.

I say if you want a twin in the Hampton Roads area, go to Charles Barker Toyota/Lexus/Scion in VA Beach. Their internet sales guy (Josh) is great to work with.

thanks for the tip. $32k for a Brz premium is a joke. I guess I will try to buy mine up in WI or else I'll go to VA beach if I have too.

Try looking at places where it snows a lot. Last time I checked prices, frs/brz were cheaper cuz no one wants them in snowy mountain regions.

the prices in Alaska are the same just about every where else, maybe a little higher due to supply/demand and the cost of delivery. we have 9 months of winter up here and people drive RWD all day with blizzacks or studs. they cant drive out the city like me and my subaru w/ blizzacks
