I installed the smaller pair which are designed to go on the outside.

@VeloxEric, there seems to be a market for folks only wanting two louvers.

I have the other half of @kster1's kit.
I put the large center vents in the outer position.
The templates made the install super easy. The aluminum hood cuts easy and straight. Total time to install these was about an hour and I took my time. 2/5 stars on difficulty with 5 being the hardest.

Personally really liking these hood louvers on the blue cars! I think that's because deep down I wish I got blue instead of white. Also really glad you and @kster1 worked out a deal. I will work on offering small and large vent kits and see what that does to inventories as well. Attempting to make everyone happy.

We have another batch nearing completion, should be another 1.5 weeks and we'll have black back in stock! Bare aluminum units are still available.

Also, if anyone is interested in other designs, we aren't opposed to hearing it out and may even try it .

Thanks,
Eric

VeloxEric: have you thought of designing functional fender vents that so far was seen mostly as some DIY job.
My thought of line going like:
if hood needs to be cut to install hood louvers anyway, so why not cut instead behind side fenders decorative inserts and make them functional to pass out air from under bonnet reducing temps in same way as hood lovers do? As side bonus - no need for any rain guards. Con being that side fender insert area is less then hood louvers'.
No clue which is better airflow drag wise, to pass above hood or pass to sides.

Nice, I'd be up for a separate 2 large vent pair kit in black...

And whatever happened with the rear adjustable wing/spoiler design from a while back...ever going to come out?

I was thinking about ordering the kit and installing 2 of the vents on the hood and then installing the other two on the fenders. Might require a bit of bending to get them to mount flush on the fender but I doubt that would be too hard.

I can't remember for certain, but I think the area where the side vents dump is a high pressure area so airflow evacuation is not as efficient as it should be???

However, I have seen people on here with the side vents open who claim air temp reductions underhood.

Any update on an 8 vent kit? Or a universal style rectangular vent and people can just buy them in sets of two and put as many as they want.
