and this is a stage 2 kit but we also include the air filter and low temp thermostat ( stage 1) these days
the only thing you don't get is a licence or ECU tek kit but the tune is included
Thanks for the info Matt. If I am gonna do it I would definitely order prior Brexit, cause Greek tax import could be at the range 30-40%. Even though I still believe there will be a specific deal with imports to the EU from UK

Cosworth Suppercharger test car

Mat
Your test car had forged internals ?
I think.
What was your max Hp and torque ?
If so ,any chance you have a tune you could pass on ?
Thanks Paul

Hello Paul

our test car had steel rods but stock pistons and a custom pulley setup to achieve 0.75bar of boost
Happy to provide the tune but why do you need it?

well the car in that state of tune was never dyno'd based on the mass airflow it pulled and the level of performance though it was probably about 320bhp at the crank
it had no trouble hanging onto a Porche cayman S during an impromptu 'comparison' (260bhp /tonne)

however it was sold some time ago now
as far as I know the new owner is happy with it

I'm definitely happy with mine. That last tune is working well. What would you estimate my HP is running the exhaust (with OEM header) and the smaller pulley?

The engine'll run, but the gas has likely gone stale by now and the interior is out of it. Sloooooowly tearing it down and building it back up, as it needs some rust cleanup, new carpet and other stuff. I'm planning on switching back to the stock EFI. My BRZ certainly hasn't helped free up any time to work on this Cosworth though...

I used to autocross it, and plan to again once it's back together again. I autocross my BRZ now under the same number, though not quite the same class, heh

Still one of the most beautiful supercharger kits imo for the twins

P0171 popped up about three or so minutes into my drive home from work on Thursday Started the car and let it idle until the rpm 'leveled out', then mostly just sat around at a stop light or two. I'll be checking intake and exhaust manifold torques along with breathers and such as mentioned here back in late 2015. Has anyone else had any experience with this code and solutions other than the above suggestions? The only performance modifications the car has are this supercharger kit and a new exhaust; it has been running without codes since the start of the year.

I brought the code up with a friend who's far more into tuning and such than I am, and eventually the conversation ended up with them being surprised that I was still using the "rolling tune". How many of you have taken your cars to someone to have them tuned beyond the Cosworth tune? Is this recommended, or should I remain on the tune that Matt provided?

to get a too lean code after running on the same tune for a year then I'd say you either have a vacuum leak or a problem with fuel pressure

and I too would be interested if anyone is running a non-cosworth tune and if they managed to improve on my efforts as I will happily 'dial' the tune in for any customer
