Hello all!

I actually picked up my new FR-S last month but this is my first time posting in the forum because I wanted to wait and have a picture of my car with my first post. It's nothing special to look at right now but I still wanted to post it.. kinda like as proof that I actually own the car, haha.

The weather has been so up & down though that I haven't been able to take a decent picture of my car until now. At the moment the weather is decent but how things have been God knows it'll probably snow like 10 inches tomorrow. This winter has been so crazy.. seriously.. Anyway, the FR-S is finally free of snow and ice so here's the pic. Can't wait to customize my car! =)

Hi everyone!!! So excited to soon be a part of this. Currently driving a 99 corolla for the past 6 years, but I'm looking to change that this summer. I've seen all types of cars but never has anything grabed my attention like the FR-S. this will by my first ever new car so I'm overwhelmed by it being a car that I want to have around forever.
Best of all it's a Toyota at heart. If anyone has any recommendations for SoCal dealerships to look into and avoid please let me know.

Now, some folks make "work" out of this car ...... everything from sticking on a shark fin antennae ...... to forced induction .... on to an engine swap.

So, have at it. Most things you wish to do with the car, someone else has already done or tried .... so, the search function is your friend.

However, if you get "stuck" shout out ....

Thanks humfrz.. guess i should have said "have fun with" instead of "work on" but yeah. Cant wait to dig in and see what everyone else has done so far!

Figured I'd check in here. Just picked up my Whiteout 2014 FR-S over this past weekend. Still breaking it in but the car is really fun to chuck around. My previous daily driver was an EVO 9 with about 530/500 hp/tq at the crank so I'm still getting used to the lower power output but with that said I absolutely love how the car drives. It looks great as well.. I've only owned it for 3 days and have had plenty of compliments.

Once I have it paid off in a couple of years I'm probably going to add some boost but for now I'm just enjoying the basics.

Here's a crappy picture I snapped when I got it back from the tint shop (25%):

Bought my 2013 FR-S in July this last year and changed my relationship status on Facebook

Just joined ft86club this week though! Looking forward to being more involved.

Since July I've swapped out the badges to Toyota / GT-86 and wheels with black 17x8 O.Z. Alleggerita HLT's. I'll be making several other changes here over the next month and will be sure to post: Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs, full Nameless exhaust setup (header, downpipe, midpipe, & axleback).
