So Toyota thicken the thickness of the the roof metal. They also added extra thickness to some area, but can't remember atm.

I don't think that many got the point that everything has gone up so in the whole scheme of things they are not getting "more" money now anyway.
Fine if you wan to sell and then put the money away until things go down again (that could be a long time) but if you have to replace it right now anything you make on the sale you will lose in buying.

Exactly. Unless twins are your 2nd or 3rd car, def selling now won't help.

...just like house market right now.

Yeah my dad just bought some 2x10s to build planter boxes for their greenhouse... I told him to sweep up the sawdust and offcuts to put in a safe!

Yeah seriously… I wanna make a small shop in my backyard for me to work some blacksmithing & other hobby stuff, but the current price on lumbar, I rather wait.

My neighbor across the street is building a deck. He has about $6,000 worth of high grade lumber sitting in the open at the end of his driveway.
Anybody want to bet on how much is still there in the morning?

Haha that's all depends on area. Near my sis-in-law's house, they're build/remodeling one house. They always leave shit tons of materials there and somehow it doesn't get stolen. Every damn day, I pass by, materials are still there... vs one area they're currently building to make it "new" and "fancy" near the ghetto area. I know for the fact, shit ton of materials got stolen. Cuz at the end, they had to gated, and stow away materials. I wonder why lmao

Really? I was expecting you live in some-what of better part of the town. Especially if you can leave your Hakone 86 out without getting windows broken or wheels get stolen, you're in minimum of mid level area.

I live three blocks from the Canadian version of the "Projects".
It is actually a nice, clean and relatively safe area since most of the riffraff go to better neighborhoods to steal and break things.
It is a large 4 level backsplit semi in a 40 year old "working class" neighbourhood. I have a lot of house for a $700 a month mortgage payment and the taxes are very low since all the infrastructure was paid off decades ago.
