Hi guys. Just joined the forum. Long time lurker. This car is amazing and there is nothing else like it for the money. I Dont plan on any mods just yet. Keeping her all original. Will trade it in if a convertible ever comes out though.

Just picked up #2484 10-series and having owned 2 ae86 corollas I am so happy to be driving this!

I bought the 10-series almost entirely for silver ignition... but instantly fell in love with the dual climate control and keyless. HIDs are nice too :P

Lurker, but figured I'd say hi. Love autocrossing this car and have some plans for mods, but so far have only replaced all the interior lighting with green LEDs from diode dynamics.

Hey guys! I'm from northern California and just recently picked up a 2014 Hot Lava FRS MT. It's my first new car, coming from a 2000 Civic SI and a 1972 Datsun 510. I absolutely love it. Heres some pictures of it, although pretty generic :P

I'm still very very new, and want to learn everything there is to know about our cars!

How have the autocrosses been while bone stock? ...I know that the right tires and brake pads/fluid transform the car for not much money

CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME ..erikfm86 ......

I'd suggest you first drive it for about 1,000 miles to get it limbered up .... then drive for another 1,000 to learn when to shift ..... the figure out what you want it to do better ..... then go from there ......

Yeah I'm coming from a 1972 Datsun 510, so this is a bit of an upgrade haha. I'm taking it easy for the first 1k, haven't gone past 4500rpm at all. Currently at 256 miles, waiting for my Toyota T and GT86 badges to come in for the swap.

I owned a 1971 Datsun 510 a few years back. It was a really fun car to drive.
