These are at the top of my list of coilovers I'm considering. I've got ASTs on my Miata and Mustang, and have been very happy with their performance.

These Mann Engineering coilovers are great. One way adjustable. Perfect for daily driving and track driving. Mann took an AST 4150 (their latest 1-way adj damper since taking over MOTON Suspension) and made it their own.
Top marks for this great damper!

I've been considering these for a while and have been trying to do some research but have not found anything other than this thread. Any body try these out since?

I drove this car last season with the dampers installed and while the quality is definitely top notch, the lack of double adjustability (in the version shown above) is a serious shortfall. We had serious issues dialing these in at the last autocross event and I heard the same issue with them at the full track. That said, the same issue would be evident with any other single-way adjustable coilover.
Double adjustability changes everything on this car. It's worth considering if your shopping coilovers, no matter what kind they are.

^ this is of you are fairly serious about tracking. The lack of tune ability of this damper also makes it a great street / occasional not too serious track damper.
If you're looking for three tenths here or there every weekend, grab a double adjustable damper and do your reading about damper tuning. For most people. This damper is fantastic.

One big benefit of a single adjustable damper for street and occasional track use is that there are a lot less ways you can screw it up while trying to adjust it too.
If you know what you're doing, double adjustable is great. If you don't, you can make things much worse.

^ exactly what I was trying to say. But this is way more clear.
Looking to possibly upgrade these puppies to two way as I believe the ast 4150 is supposed to be future-upgradable to doubles.
