Speaking of which, if there are any rally enthusiasts out here like me, we are looking for more volunteers at the Mendocino rally next weekend

My brother and I will be working time-keeping at a handful of stages, swing by to say hi, we're going to be in one of the very few 86s there hehe

Anyone else going to WEKFEST San Jose tomorrow? Show runs from 1PM - 6PM.

I have a media pass so I will be there early (#VIPlife) to take photos but if anyone else will be at the show I'll keep an eye out for you!

Currently have 225/40/18 tires for front wheels that are 18x8.5 44 offset. I am thinking of stepping up to 235/40/18 tires. I am lowered 1" on springs. Tires will be Michelin PSS.

Does anybody know if this will cause any rubbing issues? From what I read, I don't think so, but just looking for confirmation from possibly somebody who is on similar setup or that has more experience.

Thanks,

-Manny

use the FRS tire fitment calculator, and see if it works for others.

I'm starting to get some light scratches on the door behind my door handle. Would opticoat be best for protecting that area?

I don't think so, opticoat isn't that great at preventing scratches. It's more of a wax product that helps water bead and to make it easier to clean the car.

To protect that area I would suggest a small amount of clear vinyl. I'm sure you could buy enough just for that area and add it to the car yourself pretty easily.

I recall one long boring summer, my brother and I got so good a playing each other that it was no longer fun. We decided to start playing with the TV off (and the SNES on) and just mashing away at the buttons then see who comes out on top
