Lemon Law is probably your best bet but requires some work on your end.
You will need to find how the Lemon Law is applied in your state, but I can give you an example of how it works in Texas. In Texas after you have had repeated repair attempts (2 repair attempts in 12 months or 12,000 miles) for the "SAME" issue you have to send a Certified Mail, Return Receipt Request letter that gives them 30 days from the day they receive the letter to fix the problem. If they are unable to do, so they are legally obligated to repurchase the car or provide a replacement. Here is a link to a sample letter: http://ftp.txdmv.gov/pub/txdot-info/...mpleletter.pdf If you read the letter you will note that it puts the ball in their court and informs them that you are ready to take legal action. One of three things typically happens:
Side note: If you think the dealerships technician are incompetent, be sure that you send the letter to them and let them make a final attempt to repair, because if they can't figure it out, you get a new car! P.S. Sorry that you are having so much trouble with your new car. |

Okay I will take a look at it. But the technicien are not able to even find the issue! So they are definitively not able to fix it. But do you know what is the actual delay after a final attempt to change the car or take other actions? Because I have dozen of work order from my dealer that states that they don't find it and to wait because they don't want to repair.

If the same issue happens to the same part in the car 3 times then the lemon law is in effect and they have to replace the vehicle

So what exactly is wrong with the car now that would necessitate giving you a whole new one? Sounds like it has a couple rattles after having been taken apart for a repair. What was the 'speaker grill appearance' issue? Are there driveability issues I'm missing or something?

Maybe but it is absolutely not normal to add some when you repair/change a part on the car!

Actually this is very typical, when they are removing panels looking for rattles, they often break clips or other plastic pieces and instead of fixing them they just put the panels back on. Can't tell you how many times I have had one rattle fixed only to have the dealership create two new ones.
