Awesome numbers, im shooting for mid 500's to low 600whp. How many psi did it take to reach 522? Also are these ID 1000cc?.
How do you like the 5858? Im assuming you went with the dual BB, 62 a/r ?

That's 24psi on a 10:1 motor. Journal bearing .82ar 5858. Full Blown 1000cc injectors

Turbo responds very well. Hardly any lag really. Once we get the trans sorted for next year we will probably move to 1600cc's and a 6266 turbo. For now, it's a handful

So you're not using a return style fuel setup? What rpm do you hit full boost? Is there much left in that turbo? I know its rated to 620 but what'd your tuner think?
Thanks for the info, definitely helpful.

Stock fuel system with 1000cc port injectors and walbro 485 in tank pump

I'm not 100% on when it makes full boost. Anything over 3k rpm it will start spooling positive pressure. It's a handful to control right now so I'm not paying much attention to the aem haha.

I'd feel comfortable taking it to 30psi, but that's my safe limit with this motor. Atleast in my mind. If we keep this turbo, I'm sure it will need cams to open up the top end to make 600. Cams on another car at the shop made a big difference in spool, and peak power with much less boost

Good to know! My tuner is stuck on the idea that its unsafe to run past 20 psi with out a return fuel setup which isn't cheap.
Would you mind taking an in car video when ever you get the chance. Im having trouble finding many of these turbo's on our car especially pushing the power you are.

I bet its a handful lol, mine at 406whp 323tq was a ton of fun.

Ive got ID1000cc, dw 65 fuel pump, journal bearing Garrett 60 trim ( needs to be replaced ) flex fuel, an a tiny invidia N1. She put down 406hp at 16-17 psi. Then the rod bent due to water.
So now i have 10.5:1 built short block, ferrera +1 intake / exhaust, dual rate springs porting ect. The built heads are from Element tuning. 3" turbo back exhaust, and hopefully a better turbo. We didn't do cams because im running out of money lol. The stock cams are pretty good with the vvti so just the big valve package.

I appreciate all the feedback!

Good looking, which paint did you use for head light and tail light? If you remember how many coats?
