I'm glad somebody popped the question. You need to figure out what your goals are and then match up the tuning solution that fits that need. How much money are you looking to invest? I have been running a Unichip for 20000 miles, and it has worked great for what I have been doing. But I want to dig a little deeper, and I must move on to something more flexible. its FS btw.

I haven't used Unichip but am completely happy with my purchase of the oft.

Only thing that i wish i could do with the oft is log more then 12 channels at a time. There's allot that the oft can log for but you're limited to 12 at any given time.
Other then that it's awesome

I have owned both and I can tell you without a doubt oft is MUCH MUCH MUCH better. A lot more flexibility, and also you can run e85 with the oft. I have never regretted selling my unichip, and Shiv's customer service is second to none.
