I never heard Lexus saying anything about the RC being based on the LF-LC concept. What they have said its that the RC has taken some design cues from both the LF-LC and LF-CC.

I think some people are just getting confused and think that the RC is the production LF-LC when it is not. Lexus has already confirmed a production LF-LC is underway and has hinted it will be built on a shorten LS platform. While we all know the RC is more related to the IS and GS. |

A lot of modern day concepts are built like this. Its just for show and not an actual prototype of test mule. |

I hope a weight of less then 3000 pounds and with the turbocharged model hope to have at least 350hp. Offer the base non turbo Turbo track model with reduced weight Touring and tech model in both turbo and non turbo This would gps. Leather etc. I'm in for a turbo track model per my above specs Record seats 13 inch 2 piece rotor with forged rays wheels I agree with affordability which the creators stated in the interview with Jay leno. Keep this car under 50th for the top model but keep it looking like 200k car. |

I hope they keep the traditional supra style inline6 w/ turbo. I'm imagining a 3.8L I6 turbo 450hp and priced to compete with corvette. Let's hope so.

Show me a 3.8L that makes 450hp reliably in NA form.
