The helix shanked nail and the rivets / rivet collar have been mis-labeled.

Didn't see the angle hammer used for fine adjustments on a stop hammer.

Reminds me of a post that popped up on a car FB group I am part of. The guy was planning to do a podcast on tools you have that most people don't think of or know about. A lot of people jumped in with super specialized tools, but that wasn't the intent. There are 3 that I have that most people look at like WTF. Thread file, spud wrench, manual impact driver.

People really do still use an actual spud as a wrench, but most don't think of them that way.
The refined potato flakes aren't quite as effective.

It took me an embarrassingly long time to understand what you meant. LED light bulbs dumbing me down.

That was 30% if it was right the first time. Now it will be something like 200% doing the second set no charge lol.

Close, it was 5 years. GM was actually the one that did the order when the sales guy was on vacation. He just went off their PO and sent a confirmation, I would have said I wasn't doing the order but I already cut the material so I moved ahead with it after talking with the owner of the other company. They sent the PO, we confirmed it. As someone who also handles some purchasing I would have stuck to my guns too. They have some generic formula they use to figure out how to bid orders. I have been telling them for years it is off and they need to apply extra to certain processes. The guys that ran the shop before just built the orders, never questioned the quoted pricing. I question it. Every. Time.

I took over doing some payables for one of our overseas companies a few months back and today questioned why we have 3 long distance phone lines costing $30-80/mo and have been active and paid for years. Turns out no one knows what they're for, as we don't use any long distance lines to that warehouse... "it's always been that way". Called all 3 lines and they just kept ringing, so I'm assuming they lead to nowhere and are not hooked up. Went through old invoices, none of them have had any call activity for years .

Supervisor thinks I did this to save the company money, I just did it so there's less invoices I have to deal with every month
