Slight vibration/shaking on idle after fixing some leaks

Hello,

I recently fixed the leaks of the Cylinder head , camshaft housing and cap (driver side ) by removing the engine then dismantling the parts along with the timing cover and chain ,

We placed all the parts correctly even i have replaced the spark plugs , new engine/ transmission mounts with new ones,

However now there is a light vibration which is exactly the same to the typical cold start vibration but it doesn't go away even if the car gets warm,

There is no CEL or error codes and the car drives normally fine ( i have been driving for around 1500km) and RPM is stable on idle the car just shakes ,

I have doubled checked if everything was installed correctly like all sensors , timing chain, wiring and solenoids ect. , but the issue is still there,

2013 stock manual transmission
driven 75,000KM

Please i need your support,

Thank you

If you are super confident about the internal work then maybe it's the mounts?

That's what I'm saying though in a modern car with no CELs the culprit to me would be the mounts. Did you scan for pending codes?

Welcome to our forum -

Did you replace the motor mounts with OEM mounts or some after market mounts that you might as well have welded the engine to the frame?

If so, like ol @p1l0t eluded to, you might consider checking the mounts and make sure you didn't put them in on the wrong side or upside down or backwards or tightened them up too tight of not tight enough.

Do you have a diagnostic tool that can monitor AFR fuel trims intake mabifold pressure\vaccuum and possibly intake and exhaust cam timing.

Id check carefully for intake or exhaist leaks as well, but i suspect it may be an assembly issue like cam sprokets one tooth out or similar.
