I looked all over and still don't see offset information. 949 Racing said, "Prices and full specs mid March when the dealers begin accepting pre orders." I'm surprised there hasn't been more chatter about this.
Oh, and their website now says they'll start shipping in October, not this summer.

What may be weight of less wide ones like 7/7.5/8"?

Their website states the 17 x 8 will weigh 15.9 pounds.

I think a set of these 17x8's with 225/45R17 Pilot Super Sports would be a nice summer setup. 17x9 with 245/40 for those needing more tire would be great too as long as they keep offsets in the mid 30's

The 949 Racing website has been updated. It looks like the offset for the 17x8 is +42. Not for sale yet, though.

We will begin taking preorders in the next week or so. A lot of information on the 17" 6UL wheels will be released by the end of August. We will let you guys know as soon as we can.

Know about 17x9 production? We are finalizing and refining a few things based on the samples we worked with over the weekend. We are trying to get the final details ironed out with @949 Racing this week. That way we have all the answers you desire.
