Oh, I was just making idle chit chat. I've read the stories but had long since forgotten the details.

eh. It doesn't last long. However, I just went and spent like 5 hours in the garage working on stuff. My back is mad at me, but otherwise I feel better. Some day I imagine I might drive the car again!

I hope your wife finds employment soon. A "stop the bleeding" job may be necessary for her, until an opportunity opens up. Yep, refi of a mortgage can be tedious in the best of times. As far as the employment verification, I suggest you get the phone number and e-mail of the loan officer (along with your loan application number) then call and email that information to your employer and ask that representative to call and email the loan officer with employment verification. As far as the gutters, just because you can't see anything in your neighbors gutters doesn't mean that yours aren't now clogged - I suggest you stick a garden hose down the top of the downspout in question and turn on the water full blast and see what happens. In regards to the people walking by commenting on how nice your neighbors house looks, doesn't mean they are saying your house isn't nice. Just pay them no never mind. As far as your general comment about people being "stupid", to a degree, I would have to agree. Like mrs humfrz explains to me, there are "ignorant" people and then there are "stupid" people. Ignorance can be fixed, stupid cannot be fixed - I suggest you just ignore the latter group. Miata is the answer - nope wrong forum, Prozac is the answer in this case. Take two Prozac pills, two aspirin, two large glasses of water, close your windows, pull the drapes and take a 3 hour nap, hopefully things will be better when you wake up - |

clean does not equal nice. had a neighbor i mowed their lawn for-- it was like that inside, with plastic on all the furniture. the husband always insisted i step inside to get paid, the wife would throw a fit every time because i had grass on my socks(always took my shoes off). i think he did it just to irritate her. yeah we need another world war to force a draft of stupid to the front line for cannon fodder. muzzle loaders only! wait, that came out wrong..
