Idle issue then Fuel Cut

So this seems similar to the sticky except the idle issue comes and goes and I am also having fuel cut. It first showed up after I put an exhaust on. I reset the ECU, and things got good for about a week tip today. Car was perfectly fine this morning, got off work and went to get gas, after getting gas I was on my way to pick up dinner and noticed in 3rd gear that I hit the gas and nothing really happened, I pushed the pedal further down and then all of a sudden, almost like vtec, it kicks in and feels like it should(right around 4k rpms). I then start getting the idle issues described in the main sticky in this forum. After I pick up food on the way home I start feeling fuel cut in second, I hit the gas pedal and nothing and then all of a sudden once it gets to 4k it goes back to normal. I get home and let the car idle and it is no longer shuttering or idling bad. Just went for a quick drive 5 minutes ago and fuel cut is happening quite frequently under both full throttle and partial throttle in 2nd and 3rd gear.

Going to call the dealer tomorrow but just curious, is the fuel cut part of the same issue mentioned in the sticky or is this something different?

Sticky Thread I mentioned a few times: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15577

Not sure if this matters, but just in case, Mods to the car so far since the issue didn't arise til after I put the Greddy Evo3 on:
AEM Intake
Perrin Overpipe
Perrin Catted Front pipe
Greddy Evo3 Catback
Misc. suspension mods (sways, struts, endlinks, bushings)

Really, that was one of my first mods and the car ran fine until I put all the exhaust components on. I thought the module that came with it was supposed to prevent this. If that's the case good thing I still have my stock intake and can put it back on.

I commented in the other thread but didn't quote your comment. I bypassed the module on the aem intake and i dont have idle issues anymore try that out and see if it works. I went more in depth in the last post lol

Hey thanks guys @Nickd123, @Muaddib I bypassed the module in the AEM Intake, Have been driving for a few days now and got over 100 miles on it and so far no idle issues or fuel cut, keeping my fingers crossed that it stays this way but so far so good. Thanks again.
