Front license plate relocation kit

My car just got back from the shop. It had its front bumper replaced. I asked them not to drill holes in it so I could get a tow hook plate kit. I'm about to pull the trigger but I'm wondering: is there any reason why this kit costs $150:

https://www.86speed.com/products/rac...aft-mount.html

and this one costs $25:

https://www.86speed.com/products/fro...-brz-only.html

Is there any reason other than brand name for this comical price discrepancy? Its not like its the difference between Ace headers and Borla headers, its just a damn license plate holder.

The Raceseng one can be used with their tow tug product. It's very useful and you can adjust the angle of the plate. I have the raceseng one myself.

The other is just a standard mount. Doesn't look like you can adjust the plate.

I got the perrin relocation for like 70 on amazon, but I think the raceseng one is neat how you can have many attachments for it.

I suppose if I were at a track I would swap the license plate for a tow hook with gopro.

Otherwise I'm cool with perrin since I'm very lazy and there also are not many tracks within a hour drive of long island.Name: 20171026_173252.jpg

Tug sold separately and I can't think of a reason as to why I'd want to angle the license plate in any direction other than forwards. Sorry Raceng

It's only $25 and it means I get to comply with the law without drilling into my bumper so that's the route I'm going

The Raceseng is worth it if you track your car. I bought the grimmspeed mount and hate it. I can't pull it off the car at the track to put my tow hook in place without disassembling the entire thing. Working on modding it now so that I can just unscrew it.

I'd also by from a more reputable vendor then 86speed. Those guys were serious assholes about the smallest thing when I last ordered from them.

I have a BRZ so that's not quite going to work for me and I'd rather spend $25 instead of figuring something out. I'd have to buy stuff anyways for a macgyver (however you spell it) solution

My car's just a street car and its loud so I don't need any extra police attention. I have the valenti tails so all they need to say is that "Its the one with the tail lights." I haven't had any issues with 86speed. subispeed was completely wrong about the intec headlights being plug and play though. Honestly I was just flabbergasted at the $150 price tag
