Rim size question?
I’m Thinking about buying new wheels for my car I currently have 18/9.5 +35 rims and the new rims I’m looking at are a 18/9 +22 would the new rims poke more or less then my current ones or be about the same since there .5 inches smaller but have a more aggressive offset?

So i looked at the wheel/tire size calculator on Fitment Industries and they say you'll get 6.65mm (0.26 in.) Of more poke. Which seems pretty accurate +22 is a bit too aggressive for the twins

Half inch smaller width = 12.7mm/2 LESS poke. so about 6.35mm less
22 - 35 = 13mm more 13mm-6.35mm = ~6.65mm MORE poke EDIT: damn I got beat, that what I get for calculating by hand. Last edited by Yoshoobaroo; 10-05-2021 at 09:14 PM. Reason: MATH |
