Falken 615K is not available anymore but Falken 615K+ might be your answer, more grip, same feel but less tread life.
I stepped up from summer performance tires(Indy500 and MPSS) to the RT615k+ as my starter 200TW tire this year. 13 total track days and I run in High Inter/Low Advanced. I've done 2k street miles, 4 dry and 1 wet track days on the 615's this year. They have been fantastic and I've learned a lot on them! I have roughly 2/32nds left and I can get at least 1 more track day out of them. I was looking for a tire that was playful, communicative, and durable and they hit the mark. I get them in a 225/45/17 for about $600 OTD which is pretty nice IMO. Plan is to get another set to continue developing my driver mod before getting into the seriously quick cheater tires. I have contemplated stepping back down to the SX2's but the current level of grip is just soo nice.

A couple of my sx2’s required quite a bit of weight to get balanced. I have one that required no weights though, ironically on the wheel that I thought I had bent.
