Need advice on tire dimensions for a staggered setup
Hello everyone,
I need help with calculating tire sizes for a staggered setup. I've ordered Rota Grids - Front: 18x8.5 5x100 ET44, Rear: 18x9.5 5x100 ET38. Since I'm still waiting for my wheels to arrive, I'm having trouble deciding with tire sizes. I did some research and I couldn't find any reasonable anwsers, but I was thinking of going 225/40R18 for the front and 245/40R18 for the rear. Should I be looking at 245/35R18 at the rear? I am going for a bit of a stretch on the tires, so no need for extra wide tires. Any help or tips appreciated. Thanks in advance! Edit: I am running BC Racing coilovers and haven't touched the ride height yet. It is sitting at the height at which coilovers come from the factory. Will be looking for a nice, flush fitment. My advise would be to not do staggered setup, but it came too late, as you have already ordered wheels.

215/245 or 225/255 need same diameter.
225 squared is classic NA setup 245 squared classic FI setup 225/255 is for the bad ass FI setups. |
