Pics of your wiring can I see ? Sounds like you have the v light wired up as a turn signal , that happened to me the first time .

this is a little off topic but how is this installed? wiring wise, like I know you pull the factory wiring out from the OEM reverse light. but does the IJDMtoy wiring fit just like the OEM? does it fill the hole with a rubber plug where the wiring exits the vehicle? Does it also have an OEM plug where it plugs into the OEM reverse light wiring

No it doesn't from what I remember it just goes through the hole once you removed the oem wire. The wire that comes with brake light plugs right into the oem cable inside the trunk area.

Yes. It's also worth noting that unless you're willing to pull your valenti 4th brake light apart and do some re-soldering, the "V" only comes on with the blinking triangle. The ijdmtoy brake light turns the "V" on with the running lights and the triangle works with the brake lights, as you'd expect. Works great, looks great, glad I went with ijdmtoy over valenti for mine, but all depends on what you want.
