For Sale: 4 x High Spec Wheels with almost new 225's

Assuming the car trades in the next week or so will sell the high spec rims with almost new tyres. R8000 for everything not negotiable. Rims are in 100% scratchless as new condition and have done about 25k km on my car and 5k on the previous.

I agree with @Reaper use dollar amounts so we don't have to figure out what currency it is and the conversion for it.

Not sure I'm following you okes. Dollars don't mean much down here. It is that and the Euro that prevents us from going on holiday in Cape Town. So in fact the $ sign makes most people cringe here at the Southern Most Tip of Africa. One thing is for sure, when you go to Zimbabwe the one $ must not be confused with the other $. And as for pics.. of spotless Toyota 86 High Spec Rims... mmm...
By the way - thank you for the BUMPS!

How laughably arrogant!!
This is a local forum - of course prices are quoted in our local currency.
Nobody here gives a shit how many dollars it is, and you certainly ain't going to import wheels into the USA from Africa...

Your price is good, but I think the problem is that there are many such rims available within the 86 community and therefore a very limited market for them.
Most Standard spec owners (like me) upgrade to either wider 17" rims or 18's instead of hi-spec rims.

Have you tried outside the 86 community - eg Gumtree, or Bid or Buy.
I think (under correction here) that the 5/100 and 40-something offset are compatible with some VW's.

thanks! something to consider... a while back when I bought them there were NONE available. LOTS of std 16's but not high spec 17's.. I am sure there are guys out there that want the 17's which are awesome with 225's on!

I.E. like the rims on the red FR-S at the top left of your screen!

If you are trading in your car, might as well trade it in with the STD 16inch rims. I know TWS(The Wheel Shop) in JHB *** will def buy that rim from you.

Relative adds:

18inch (Wizzards available) - R6000 including delivery (Rim only)

I think you are priced well, you should advertise them on Gumtree and OLX, hopefully someone buys them from you.
Let us know what you decide on
