Hey everybody. I finally got a job so I should be able to start joining you guys at meets again soon! Car is in the shop right now for a rattle coming from the shifter but I can't wait to get out there and hang out with you guys again!

I saw a ghetto car chasing a red fr-s on 151 Ingram light after the red fr-s threw something at it. Any one here?

Bought mine at North Park. They had a DGM in stock. When I went to Gillman to inquire about cost, I told them I had no intention of buying, but they ordered a DGM from Houston, tacked on a transfer fee, wrote up the papers, and basically started pushing me into the finance office. yeah I played it quite differently. I told each dealership I had every intention of buying, that I wanted a limited and I wouldn't pay over this price. North park and gillman both ran my credit and saw it was excellent. Both knew I was ready to buy. They could not find a limited in town in the color I wanted so they looked outside. North park wanted to charge me for the extras that I did not ask for. I said find a different car or don't charge me for them, I don't care which you do. Gillman didn't charge me any extra fees for transport or accessories that my car has. I paid the price I told them I would and they got the car.

My trunk is in perfect condition and so should yours. Mine hasn't been de-badged.

I am located in the Austin, TX area. I'm willing to drive a fair distance to meet up and exchange trunks.

The Subaru - Texas Impreza Club Facebook group (TXIC - San Antonio) is meeting up for dinner this evening at Picnikins Gourmet Sanwiches, 6989 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78216 @ 7:30 pm this evening. Several BRZ owners attend on a regular basis at the weekly Thursday evening meets - different location each week. New BRZ owners should come out and meet the group - we are newbie friendly! Lots of car savy talk at the dinner table and the group usually spills out on to the parking lot afterwards to admire mods, drool, envy, etc.

Understandable...

Awhile back there was a semi-regular group meet of 86s on Friday evenings at the Forum. We did a spur of the moment flash meet there not to long ago in front of Best Buy and then went over to the Lion and Rose for some grub and a beer or two afterwards. Alls it takes is somebody saying let's meet up "when" and "where" to get something going again.
