Jackson Racing BRZ

So finally got started on modding the BRZ. I took it to Prime Motoring in East Rutherford. Guys were great there and put up with my shit (I am totally OCD and sometimes a pain). Didnt get all the work done as I have to ship the car out for a drive out west, but when it comes back, we will do the rest. Tuned for 91 and altitude for now, but will retune for 93 when I get back.

Here is what was done:
*Jackson Racing SC
*ACT HD Street Clutch
*Jackson Racing Oil Cooler Kit
*Crawford Air/Oil Separator
*Perrin Master Brace Cylinder
*Whiteline Gearbox Positive Shift Kit
*Whiteline Differential Mount Cradle
*Cusco Engine Mount Set
*Enkei RC-T4 17 x 8 +48 Wheels
*Michelin Pilot Super Sport 225/45ZR17
*Volk Formula Racing Nuts

The car got on a truck today to the west coast. When it arrives, it will have the following done before the drive:

*H&R 15 mm Wheels Spacers
*ARP Extended Studs
*Brembo 4/2 GT Brake Kit Installed

What has to be done after it comes back to the east coast:

*Racesend Full Pulley Kit
*Headers, overpipe, amuse R1 titan kit
*Fna rear fog kit
*LED Interior lighting
*Hardware bell stir and laser system
*maybe a lightweight battery
*fix bumper (prime said it usually brakes the clips when they remove it for the SC install)
*Aeromotions dynamic wing
*New JR pulley
*Maybe e85?

I think that should complete the build More comments later on the feel etc. I still havent been sent the dyno sheet, ill post it as soon as they email it to me.

Here are some pictures:

All that extra power, grip, and stopping power and you're keeping the stock suspension? Any reason why?

What are your plans for using the car? Will it be a DD or will you track/drift/autox with it?

Sorry I forgot to add that I will be looking at suspension options after i get everything done. Might want to call JRZ to see if they want to set something up on the car. I am not really interested in lowering the car too much as I live in NYC and the roads are terrible.

Also the car is meant to be one of my summer daily drivers with a lot of track time, probably will get back into instructing in the next year or so. Also I want the car to compliment my evo 9 track car if I ever get that finished....

I had this wing on a car very similar to the one you're building. PM me if you're interested in my experience with it.

If you're continuing to spare no expense you might as well look into the Ohlins Road and Track coilovers.

yeah they were on my list. I need to really drive a couple cars to see how I like the feel of them. I gotta find a balance between street and track for the suspension.

Thanks! Do you have a rough idle or any issues upon starting the car?
