I needed to reach out to OFT a couple of months ago and filed a support ticket. It took a few weeks, but I eventually got in touch with OFT and they successfully resolved my issue (and were apologetic about the delay). I'd DM them on this forum, Facebook, and the OFT website and give him some time to respond. Not ideal but seems like they might be short-staffed and/or have more work than they can handle.

Yeah I agree. It’s best people are aware their turnaround time can be slow.
