That's just it, it won't necessarily be readable. I have two different version of my resume, the one done in Word and saved as a PDF, that has things formatted nicely, skills listed in tables that take up less room, etc. I have a second that is pure text, without the formatting. If i took the first one and did what you asked I would then spend at least 30 minutes having to clean it up to make it readable (I know because that's where I got to keeping two copies of it).

To answer your original question, I would review the ones that either did a cut and paste job, or attached the resume to the email. The ones that didn't bother to do either are voted off the island early.

6.5 hours? You only would have had another 2 or 3 hours before the doctor came to see you here. THEN you would be there another 6.5.

Same here, except that instead of pure text I used dashes to separate things out.
