#Done. How it was: How it is now: Car drives, no CEL. Idle is good, but when wram, it bounces just once and then stabilizes. Maybe I have to give the ecu some time to relearn values. However, I think it has a little more boost on mid revs than before but loss of boost at the higher end. Rev bounces when letting go the throttle after acceleration. It goes down hitting 800rpm or so. Then goes a litlle up just to not stall the engine and then stabilizes arround 900 rpm - 1k. I will probably get a retune. |

I love my C38, but I miss having a FAT turbo flutter that I had in my STI. Can anyone recommend any that is compatible? Does anyone also have sound clips?

I have a couple questions for you guys, I have installed this kit recently and love it. I have an e85 station right next to my house and was wondering if I could run it with bigger injectors and pump along with a e85 map from delicious, would I need there flex fuel kit to do so or could I just swap between maps based on what’s in my tank. Also is 300whp attainable with a borla UEL headers and e85 on the factory pulley? How would an oem exedy clutch hold up at those power levels? Thanks for the answers.

With that said, I run mine with DW700cc injectors and stock fuel pump (my particular tuner finds more issues swapping out the fuel pump than not), but I’d do whatever your tuner prefers and is comfortable with. I made 275whp w/ 93 and 315whp w/e75 on a dyno dynamics chasis that is known to be a heartbreaker. I don’t think you’ll have any issues hitting your goals. I’m running a JDL UEL. Clutch-wise. I’m still on the stock clutch without any issue, but we shall see how the holds up with my upcoming track days. |

Cool thanks for the info yeah i talked to bill and they don’t even offer e85 tunes without the flex fuel kit because people were blowing engines.
Does anybody have any info on what wtq will punch a hole through your block just out of curiousity? I’m sure e85 on a c38 with a HBP is a little sketchy so I’m planning to just stick to the stock pulley with e85 as this is my DD |

Low RPM high load is harder on the engine, which is something the JRSC mitigates quite well with its power curve. |

The tune can be adjusted to keep the torque down on the vehicle, on E85 with our Flex Fuel Kit. Cheers, William Knose Master Tuner @ Delicious Tuning |

In regards to the C30 or C38 kits, is there any advantage to supercharger life to run the C38?
In other words, keeping the same power output as a C30 supercharged vehicle, would the C38 be stressed less, generate less heat or anything because it is spinning slower? Does anything make it worthwhile to spend the extra $100 for the C38 during an initial purchase if I'm only wanting about 240-250 whp? I've searched and read through this thread over time and always read about those wanting more power from the C38 but I'd not seen any answers from that angle I guess. |
