Wow what is with Honda and super long rods! L15 has a 1.67 rod stroke ratio! @Allch Chcar MR-S L15A swap is sounding more and more interesting. Actually, isn't Honda bringing out its new direct injected, 3 stage VTEC motors soon? If Toyota brings a 1ZR-FAE stateside, that might be an even better choice, although probably not much rev potential. Only problem is a newer engine will have more electronic control stuff to sort out if I want it to rev to the moon.

These are the best when it comes to wiping down equipment at the gym. These young kids don't even know how to wash their hands after using the bathroom. F**king disgusting.

Hate when people get off equipment and walk away leaving a sweat silhouette of themselves on the equipment. I mean damnit man there's a paper towel dispenser 10 feet to your left

So I just finished up my 3rd week at the new job yesterday. My co worker brought up the idea that I could possibly be relocated to orlando florida. Havent brought it up to my boss directly as I would like to wait and see what happens, however I have mentioned before I am willing to relocate though I really. REALLY love dallas. As for the job itself I like it so far. Ive noticed it can be pretty demanding, not to mention challenging. I have to apply everyday problem solving skills with computers to provide the best solution. "Band-aid" fixes are not an option whatsoever since im working with some pretty established companies. I go in everyday with an attitude that I can do whatever they ask me to do with failure not being an option. As of lately ive had to prove myself with another co worker being out of office with his wife being in and out of labor. Typically, im not really supposed to do on-sites except for one exception with a particular company. But as of lately ive been filling in for a coworker doing his day to day jobs and projects trying to prove myself to the company. For example, thursday I had found out about a project the day of which required me to set up 5 laptops, 1 samsung series 7 PC tablet, 3 desktops, and configuring 4 voip phones. The 4 phones, 2 desktops, and tablet had to go out the day of. I set those up, added the new users to the active directory, and took care of other employee issues whilst setting up the parts to go out.

The rest of the project went into friday, in which I had a deadline of 4 hours to complete. That was taken care of as well, called my boss and let him know and he brought up if I had installed a certain program which was not mentioned to me. I had done that as well and he said he was very impressed and he had "doubted" my work once again (Im guessing because I'm newer?) Ive been recieving lots of praise from my boss and hope to continue to meet demands and expectations.

In previous jobs I've learned once I get good at them, I get very confident, then I get lazy with this I can do so much better attitude. However with this job, its not the case. I go in everyday with a humble attitude with much respect for my peers. Keeping the knowing I can do better attitude in the back of my mind. For some reason I go into this job everyday working hard with a promotion in mind attitude. With this company growing, I can see this being very likely, but Im not trying to count my chickens which is something Ive been known for. I plan to stay with this job for a while and grow with the company as well as use this excellent opportunity for resume experience as im sure it'll look very good. I do still need help from time to time, so i do ask for help from a two of my co workers which is hopefully not frowned upon. In the few times I have been asked for help I have provided a solving solution. I try to make as many contributions as I can for the company in different ways. I am only 20, and I've been getting alot of praise for what I have achieved so far. I want to continue this attitude, and continue to grow as the professional I want to be. With the attitude of knowing I can do better in the back of my mind, it provides drive to become more successful, and work much harder to achieve and do the things I want to do.

Sorry for the long post, but it was long overdue since i skipped a full 2 weeks of thought.

I really enjoyed that Jordon; I'm glad to see that you're so motivated and willing to advance yourself as a professional! It's pretty inspiring really!

Wish you the best and if you end up going to Orlando, let's be sure to hang out beforehand!

In a way the fact that this weekend feels like the longest one ever is a good thing... though I keep wishing the time would fly by as my Asphalt FR-S should be in by next weekend.
