Car won't turn over

Anybody know what this issue could be? All the lights work, but it's like it's stuck in accessory and won't turn over. The only noises coming from under the hood is a buzzing.

Battery may not have enough juice to crank or bad starter.

I'll check that. I have a video of what's going on, but it's too big to upload it here, unfortunately

Battery is low. The buzzing is the starter solenoid trying to engage. The lights work because they don't need near the amperage the starter does.

Just had someone who this happened to after they tried to flash a tune to their car that was for the incorrect ECU version. They had to buy a new ECU. Had you just done a reflash? This is PROBABLY just the starter, as everyone else has said.

Check your alternator, if the battery is dead the alternator could be the cause

Original battery? If so, maybe your 6 year old battery is on it's way out.

That's slightly low.

Check what it drops to when starting the car? Under 9 and it's probably toast

I meant when trying to turn it over. Vids and stuff are blocked at work so forgive me if you posted something and I'm way off. But if you have someone who can turn the key while you check the volts you should see what the battery drops to.

A normal battery should be around 12.5v iirc when off. And stay above 9 when trying to start.

Yeah I tried that. Car won't start, just go into accessory when turning the key all the way
