White Spots on front bumper and hood...

How can I remove these annoying white spots on the front of my car?! I've tried everything that they are smooth to the touch (i.e. I do the fingernail test and there is not 'clicking' sound when running the nail over the spot. They are not bugs either as I 95% of the time remove them within a reasonable time before any paint damage can be done from them. I just can't figure it out and don't know what to do. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks!

What's your detailing process? Did you wax it recently?

It looks like wax stuck in stone chips.

Looks like @soundman98 called it. If so it looks like something like this is what you need to do after you remove the wax: [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rxBEPVmgOo[/ame]
Or if it is just into the clearcoat, maybe they make a clearcoat only version instead of the color to fill in the chips?

Maybe use Dawn soap to remove the wax then use a clay bar to remove any stuff imbedded in the clear coat - then see what it looks like.

If it looks good, then, just wax it, if not -

most likely going to need to use a nylon bristle brush(a tooth brush might be the best because of softness) to get into each spot to remove the wax.

as humfrz said, you'll need to start from 'raw' paint, clay it, and then use a buffer with something like wolfgang uber compound, followed by a finishing glaze. i'd use a light-cutting pad--my go-to is white per the lake country ccs line, though orange wouldn't be a bad choice either.

just be sure not to burn through the plastic! it heats up quicker!
