Hey I just wanted to keep you updated. I went ahead with the belt and pulley you suggested. It seems to have fixed the squeaking issue so far and I also feel the car is alot more responsive. Im slipping tire and the rear comes lose in certain gears & RPMs where it wasnt before. I definitely feel more response from the car.

Here is where it gets tricky - If I was previously using the larger belt which was designed for a 75mm pulley - Is it possible my belt was slipping this whole time because I ran the 69mm pulley instead? Ever since my Supercharger instal & tune I've been running the Sprintex original belt on the 69mm pulley. Is it possible that now with a tighter/smaller belt my car needs a revision tune??
I'm so confused lol

Possibly, but probably not, I bet it got worse over time, so wasn’t as bad when initially tuned and now worse, you might have been running rich with the slippage. Check your AFR under boost, and make sure IAM isn’t dropping. Tune should be able to compensate for minor boost changes. Could always send a log to your tuner and tell him what you did.

Would not hurt to send a log.. but check the above. Definitely look at these before you go WOT as you don't want to be lean now .
