Get a larger 76mm idler pulley when you switch to 69mm not only lets you keep same belt helps with more belt wrap on sc pulley to reduce belt slip.

Solid dyno numbers. Full headerback exhaust, and no cats?
thanks for the tip. i originally wanted to swap to one of those 2 then to 69 for comparison, but as you said, hard to get. just one cat, catted header.

I didn’t notice much of a difference going from 75mm + 92octane to 72.5mm + WMI, so switched to 69mm. Notice a solid difference switching to the 69mm.

I’ve messed around with a few sc tensioner pulleys.
Dorman 419-610 Idler Pulley https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003QVIXYU..._L8K7gZWdgeFT9
Is by far the cheapest and so far has worked flawlessly, its a bit wider to so belt rides centered.

I use the same idler no issues for me and I am on 69mm

BTW even with 245 wide tires boost+e85+wet roads equal contrast traction control light flashing on wet roads. but it brings a huge grin hearing the wine and rolling into the throttle

Fellas I'm in the middle of a predicament and need some help. I've been trying to check the 210 supercharger oil levels using the dip stick that requires an Allen key to loosen up. I already know the rear needs to be jacked up to make the supercharger level so now to the point. I've tried every Allen key size I could find and nothing worked - every size within range - 4mm to 6mm (metric) & 5/32 to 1/4 (imperial). Nothing fits snug, they're either too small or too big - The sizes that do fit have too much play. I've cleaned the inside of the bolt fitting and applied WD-40 but after one attempt of trying to loosen it counter clock it didn't even nudge. I feel that if I keep trying to loosen it will eventually strip the fitting. This is kinda frustrating as I'm not sure how to proceed from here...
What Allen key size are you guys using for the dip stick on the 210 Supercharger? Is there a special Allen key from Sprintex or should I be using a regular metric one? Any input is appreciate it, thanks!

How did you get a 6mm in there, are you positive it's a 6mm? Maybe I need to clean mine better or it's possible we could have different sizes. I'm having that same problem, I tried to twist it once and it didn't nudge at all. I would suggest a little WD-40 if you have some that usually helps loosening tight bolts etc..

They can be VERY hard to loosen if they were tightened to much when done up .
Get the right size key and tap it in so it seats to full depth. Use a Quality allen key not a cheapy then you may need a small extension tube to slip onto the key for more leverage.

When you replace the dipstick srcew it in till it seats and then ever so gently nip it up.
Do Not Over Tighten !

he hasn't been on in over 2 years. and i don't think he dynoed it. also i asked him a while ago and he never got custom tuned for the WMI just added it.
also all dynos read differently, you could read 250whp on one and then go hit 300whp on another.
what matters more is performance,
would you rather make 350whp and do 60-130mph in 10seconds, or make 400whp and do 60-130mph in 11seconds?

his 0-60 not sure how he measured it a lot of "inaccurate" ways to measure, or the exact conditions like on a prepped track or something to hook up easier. That's one of the biggest limiting factors with sub 5sec 0-60 is traction.

haven't tested my setup recently with 69mm pulley and my better/wider tires and other mods i have done so should be faster now.
but back with just 72mm + wmi + full bolt ons with an auto trans i did 4.9sec 0-60 with dragy (one of most accurate ways to measure) with just taking off from idle rpm no launching at all. If i could get the tires to hook on a launch it would be way faster but they just spin then, low 4s wouldn't be out of the question especially now with everything else i have done.

generally on a normal reading dynojet
sprintex 210 W/ IC , 69mm pulley , full bolt ons.
E85 = 285whp
93 octane= 255whp
91 octane = 245whp
WMI should add about 15whp over 91-93octane numbers.

I got her done... the WD-40 helped. My blower was running pretty damn dry.

Can someone explain what the 210 supercharger coolant reservoir does? I mistakenly dropped a bit of supercharger oil in there thinking it had to do with supercharger oil levels. Should I siphon it out and refill with supercharger coolant? Does anyone know what coolant goes into this supercharger reservoir... I cant find this information anywhere. I'm taking my car for service later this week to fix this problem but if theres something I can do in the meantime to prevent further damage I will take action. Can anyone shine some light on this...
