Really nice car. Clean tasteful mods.

Really love the Harrop kit. I'm currently saving cash (In between home renovations ugh) to purchase a kit next year and have it fitted and tuned by the guys at Harrop in Melbourne.

Hey man, have you decided on what exhaust header you're gonna do to compliment the Harrop supercharger?

What up. The header project is kinda on the back burner while I aquire and complete some projects first. More coming on that by the end of the month hopefully, but...

I am strictly looking at equal length headers. The suggestion made to me by Neal @The Racers Line was simply for the Tomei EL. I am more interested in adding torque at either end of the rev range so, the Tomei can do that towards the bottom, but then an ACE could do that more toward the top. IDK tbh... its also going to come down to the sound. Also still want to get the Cosworth (or similar) Nameless FP/OP combo with the resonator. That will prolly happen before the headers.

Thanks! Was curious what you were gonna go with. I tried to find the cosworth FP/OP but it's no longer available so I was gonna settle on the regular nameless FP/OP. As for headers I'm leaning towards the HKS or Tomei. I just can't justify the price of the ace headers. I know they rock but damn it's expensive after getting them ceramic coated. :/

Yeah, I feel you on the aces... I would want my headers coated too, so then youre looking at close to 2K which is hard to justify. I know that harrop was running the HKS for a while and then switched to the ace. I would consider HKS too.

Were they? Nice! Yeah getting the headers coated is a must for me. As well as being equal length. I'm just not a fan of the boxer burble.

Agreed. My only concern with whatever I get is that the cosworth catback will make things too loud. I know this was an issue for you too.

What about keeping the stock frontpipe? That's what I was going to do. But I will admit, on my previous FRS, the HKS catback I have really helped quiet down the exhaust. But man, those Cosworth catbacks sound great on their own.

Its a possibility, but I feel like if I go and spend money on a good uncatted header then its stupid to keep the stock, restricted midpipe. Sounds like the only way this is going it LOUD haha.

I'm probably going to go with the Nameless Performance OP/FP set up of theirs. I had it on my previous FRS (albeit just the front pipe as they offered that setup before).

Negative, haven't had the car done. I would say that I am doing somewhere around 250-260 HP? I'm still running the stock headers and FP/OP... for now ha.

2bh in only interested in torque :3 esp at the low end

hmmmm you probably have researched this a lot more, why this over edel?
whats your TLDR version of it?

Plenty of torque over stock. Feels much better and really hits 4000-5500 rpm. Torque is addictive tho and I want more... just how it goes. I would like to go full exhaust to add a bit more torque and hp, but I am very happy with the car and the performance it affords.

I chose this kit over the Edelbrock simply because it looked cooler. It also sits a tad lower in the engine bay which allows for a strut bar. It looks much more OEM and thats kind of what my build is about. Its near identical in terms of performance with the Edelbrock.
