I found some that fit perfectly at Canadian Tire. They were in the car section under "Panel Trim Fasteners" DORMAN is the name brand and the part number was 45092 and says "GM" in a yellow package.

Thanks for the post, I was able to find the exact same one and install yesterday. Couldn't be happier.

@Tech, could you please add these photos into your first post? That way people won't need to scroll through the pages to find it.

Come up with a simple yet effective solution to the lack of power. I'll start: +50rwhp using rubber bands, paper clips and leaf springs from a local junkyard. From there we can power an army of frankentransmorgifying86frsbrz's to dominate the world!

On a side note, I've lived in Auckland NZ for near 10 years. Still think of myself as a kiwi every now and then. Miss the mild weather there - in straya we get bushfires, tornadoes, floods and quakes all in the same day.

Did this over the weekend - I loved that sound to start with, but as a daily driver this simple mod makes the daily trip so much more palatable. Now I wish that it tied into the VSC Sport switch or something so when I want to have a bit of fun I still get that noise back without having to pull over to pull it out!

Shark Bite 3/4" plug works perfectly for both the hole in the cabin and also if you disconnect the hose, it will plug the hose. That annoying sound is completely gone for less than $4!

I used the plastic version but if you want to be fancy. They are also available in brass at home depot for $1.88 It is the SharkBite 3/4 pex plug.
